Product & Quality

These are genuine products manufactured by Paramount Bed Co., Ltd. We procure items distributed within Japan and refurbish and certify them according to our own standards.

The set includes a bed frame, mattress, side rails, and remote control. It is delivered ready for immediate use without additional purchases.

The specification is 100V (Japan standard). A transformer is required for overseas regions (220–240V). Please include this in your logistics cost planning.

A 30-day initial operation warranty is provided. Operational issues are handled through remote diagnosis via video submission. Minor scratches on casters and other exterior or consumable parts are excluded. Paid parts support is also available separately.

Logistics & Payment

The standard unit is one 40-foot container (approximately 80 units). Each set includes: bed frame, mattress, side rails, and remote control × 80 sets.

EXW (Ex Works, designated warehouse). After handover at the warehouse in Japan, all transportation, customs clearance, ocean freight, and insurance are the buyer's responsibility. We are not an export agent.

Bank transfer (T/T) only, full advance payment in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payment instructions will be provided after contract execution.

JPY 1,000 per unit (e.g., 80 units = JPY 80,000). Loading is, in principle, carried out by our company. Self-loading by the buyer requires prior written agreement.

Process & Support

Yes, on-site inspection at our warehouse in Japan is available by prior appointment. You can check the actual products before purchase.

Import regulations and certification requirements for medical equipment vary by country. Please confirm in advance on the buyer's side. We can provide supporting information if necessary.

Through bulk procurement, in-house refurbishment, and direct EXW sales, we minimize intermediary margins and distribution costs. This allows us to maintain quality while offering competitive pricing.

All items undergo full inspection prior to shipment. In the event of defects, we will respond by providing parts or arranging replacements depending on the situation, upon consultation.
